thoracic: Of or related to the chest.
 
triglycerides: The major form of fat. A triglyceride consists of three molecules of fatty acid combined with a molecule of the alcohol glycerol. Triglycerides serve as the backbone of many types of lipids (fats). Triglycerides come from the food we eat and are also produced by the body.
 
vessel: A tube in the body that carries fluids: blood vessels or lymph vessels
 
X-ray: An image obtained by means of X-rays. Helpful in diagnosing the cause of chest pain.
